Ingredients:

pound - baby carrots
1/4 cup - margarine
1/3 cup - brown sugar

A buttery
twist to the normal baby carrots.

Cook baby carrots in boiling water until tender. Drain carrots
until only a small amount of water remains on the bottom. Set
aside.

Simmer margarine and brown sugar until margarine melts. Return
carrots to the pot and toss to coat. Cover and let sit a few
minutes
