Ingredients:

cups - 1% milk
1/3 cup - sugar
1/2 cup - long-grain rice
1/4 cup - raisins
1 cup - vanilla yogurt
1/2 teaspoon - cinnamon

Boil milk and sugar in a large, heavy covered pot. (An aluminum
pot works best.)

Once milk and sugar are boiled, add rice and raisins. Stir
for one minute on high heat.

Place lid on pot. Lower heat to simmer or low. Simmer for 20
minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.

Remove lid and let cook for an additional 2 or 3 minutes.

Turn off heat. Stir in 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon.

Cover pot and let cool for 30 minutes.

Stir in yogurt and mix well. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes
before serving.
Yields: 6 servings
